SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE

Friends of Ukraine,

Another month has passed—30 days. Every day, one day after another, the people you will meet below wake up and fight. It’s hard to think the war has lasted for almost four years already. It’s hard to operate. It’s easier to cope if you just focus on doing your job, day after day.

Look at the faces of the men in these videos and photos. Listen to their voices. Pay attention to their words and how they are expressed. They are all people like you, with their difficulties, problems and fears. With their strength and hopes. What they and you do deserves the highest respect possible.

These people deeply appreciate your support. Each of them has children, a spouse, or parents waiting for them back home. Your support gives some more hope and strength to all of them.

This is what has been achieved in September. With the help of you, the donors of the Canadian Support Ukraine Foundation and our friends from Australia.

This is friend Oleksandr, a neurosurgeon who operates on soldiers sent to his hospital from the front, as well as civilians, every day. He works very hard to save lives. We have managed to buy some instruments he had asked about.

We are still looking for a possibility to buy a so-called skull clamp or a headrest system to help him operate more efficiently. Here’s the link to the one we need. However, we can’t afford to buy it in Ukraine as the price offer we received was over 600,000 UAH.

Also, a picture of an equivalent of Canadian production is below. We gave it a try, but were unable to purchase it in Canada, as the reply was that it can’t be sold to individuals, only to hospitals! If you or your friends have the opportunity to find a used one that would be cheaper, we could buy it, which would be amazing. Any advice you can provide in this matter would be much appreciated.

It’s been very painful to hear the next message. Check it out and you will understand why.

Thank you for the electronic warfare equipment we bought for these soldiers. It is used to protect them and vehicles from kamikaze drones.

Winter is coming. We have been purchasing winter tires for them and other units. It is crucial for safety.

Thank you for winter tires from one of the units of the 92nd brigade:

We have also bought and delivered a Mavic 3 Enterprise drone for the border guards. It’s been a relatively big purchase but very important too:

The war has undergone significant changes since its inception. There’s no distinct frontline with trenches but there’s a mixed zone that’s controlled by drones. The enemy’s sabotage and reconnaissance groups still try to break through at night regularly. The thermal night vision optic we have purchased will help the drone unit detect them and operate more safely.

The drone units are a decisive factor at this time and we do our best to support them. As much as we can. Thank you!

Special thank you from the Sirius Drone Unit for your ongoing help:

This is a picture I have received recently – a present from the Fenix Drone Unit which has been sent to the enemy recently. The inscription says “from Andriy Dorosh”.

This is a thank you video for “Dzyga”. It’s another kind of a portable device which is used to protect soldiers from the kamikaze drones. It captures the video sygnal of the enemy’s drone and gives you time and opportunity to hide or destroy it.

We have kept buying Starlink units for connection, equipment that helps to build fortification and сamouflage, batteries for radiophones, drone detectors, and other equipment. More photos are coming.

All the soldiers are very grateful for your support. I have also received a request to buy a van from one of the units of the 92nd Assault Brigade. This video explains the need and talks about what happened with the previous vehicle.

It is not about a vehicle only. It is about the lives of many soldiers who receive support from this repair unit and their lives as well. We hope to collect means to buy it. We will appreciate any help you can provide. It’s an uneasy time for everyone here.

Keep being with us.

Love and gratitude from Ukraine.

Andriy
