DECEMBER 2024 UPDATE

Friends of Ukraine,

As we approach the holiday season, it’s more important than ever to bring warmth and light to those facing hardships and ensure they feel the spirit of Christmas and the hope of a brighter New Year.

The gratitude of all the Ukrainians you’ve supported is truly heartfelt.

Take a moment to watch this video. It’s incredibly humbling to know that, despite their exhaustion and daily challenges, the soldiers took the time to create this for us—translating the message, adding subtitles, music, and editing. Their effort speaks volumes.

And these are some other holiday video messages for you:

This month, we’ve provided several essential items to the front lines, including:

  • An electronic warfare device already in use, protecting a unit from enemy kamikaze drones at their positions—a vital piece of equipment that helps save lives.
  • Winter tires for SUVs and an electric pump.
  • Starlink devices to ensure soldiers stay connected.
  • Cables to set up communications for specialized units.
  • Car batteries for Humvees.
  • A welding machine for repairing damaged equipment.
  • Various tools to maintain and fix vehicles.
  • Chemical-heated shoe insoles, an absolute necessity in winter conditions.

Additionally, we’ve supported the repair and outfitting of a vehicle used by a team dedicated to shooting down Shahed kamikaze drones. We also assisted in constructing a base for mounting their machine gun.

Our support project for the elderly continues to make a difference. We’ve delivered another batch of diapers to those who cannot afford them. With the help of our dedicated volunteer Natalia, we also provided Christmas food packages to the most impoverished families in the Lokachi district.

Here are some heartfelt thank-you photos from the people you’ve helped:

It’s crucial that Christmas gifts not only bring joy but are also practical.

We’ve bought a new bed for Sophia and Stanislav. Below, you can see their old beds alongside the new one we provided. Their smiles say it all—it’s truly heartwarming.

Another important gift is for Maria, an orphan. We’ve covered the cost of her treatment and purchased two hearing aids. These hearing aids will help her better understand the world around her and enable her to continue her studies. They are being custom-made and should be ready for Maria by the end of this year.

This is a photo I received from a school in Kupil village. One of my Dorosh Heritage Tours customers has roots there and kindly purchased an Ecoflow battery for the school. This battery will help keep the internet running during power outages, ensuring students can continue their tuition without interruption.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you all. It’s truly incredible to know that you stand with us and continue to offer your support.

Merry Christmas and a Happy and Peaceful New Year to each of you!

Together, we will achieve victory.

Andriy
